    Projekt obejmuje budowę 54 magistrali GPON w architekturze FTTH oraz 5 węzłów radiowych dedykowanych 7 placówkom oświatowym. Efektem projektu będzie zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu 11 077 gospodarstwom domowym oraz 159 jednostkom edukacyjnym zlokalizowanym na obszarze starogardzkim. Zadaniem projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do usług Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego mieszkańcom i placówkom publicznym oraz zapewnienie dostępu do infrastruktury i usług hurtowych. A projekt eredményeként az Óváros területén 11 077 háztartás és 159 oktatási egység férhet hozzá az internethez.
