Projekt řeší dodávku IS se službami pro zaměstnance a občany. IS bude podporovat oblast (1) komunikace s občany (informační kiosky) a (2) komunikaci se zaměstnanci (groupware - nástroj pro sjednocení stylu komunikace mezi zaměstnanci), standardizuje (3) informovanost zaměstnanců (portál zaměstnance) a sjednotí (4) řízení vnitřních procesů v oblasti správy interních požadavků (Servis Desk a Asset Management), (5) Identity Management a pořízení (6) technologií a infrastruktury pro provozování IS.
