Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy objektu bytového domu v ul. J. K. Tyla č.p. 443 a 444 ve městě Kynšperk nad Ohří, za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti objektu. Pro snížení energetické náročnosti objektu je navrženo zateplení veškerých obvodových stěn nad úrovní podlahy v 1NP až k úrovni střešní konstrukce, zateplení soklu obvodové stěny a zateplení balkónové konzoly. The purpose of the project is the construction of the building of an apartment building in ul. K. Tyla No., 443 and 444, in the town of Kynjek nad Ohří, in order to reduce the energy intensity of the object. In order to reduce the energy intensity of the object, the insulation of all peripheral walls above the level of the floor in the 1-NP is proposed up to the level of the roof structure, the insulation of the circumferential wall and the insulation of the balconies of the balloon bracket.
