Projekt si klade za cíl podpořit profesionalizaci MěÚ v Kroměříži a komplexně zvýšit kvalitu řízení prostřednictvím zavedení vhodných nástrojů. Do praxe bude zaveden model CAF, dojde k rozšíření využití metody MA21 a posunu z kategorie D do kat. C, dále bude realizována celá řada vzdělávacích aktivit pro zaměstnance úřadu. Naplnění cílů projektu bude mít dopad nejen na chod úřadu, ale i na veřejnost-občany.Realizace projektu - 1.1. 2017 - 30. 6. 2019Celkové způsobilé výdaje - 6 497 850 Kč. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to promote the professionalisation of the Municipal Statistical Office and to enhance the quality of management by introducing appropriate tools in a comprehensive manner. The “CAF” model will be implemented in practice by extending the use of MA21 and moving from D to Cat. Furthermore, a number of training activities for the staff of the Office will be carried out.
