Projekt je zaměřen na zajištění dostupnosti sociálních služeb lidem s duševním onemocněním, kteří trvale žijí na části území MAS Pošumaví prostřednictvím nové sociální služby - sociální rehabilitace. Vznikne tak poptávaná služba zaměřená na podporu a pomoc při resocializaci klientů. Bude se jednat o konkrétní pomoc lidem v nepříznivé nebo akutní sociální situaci způsobené vlivem duševního onemocnění. Služba bude poskytována terénní i ambulantní formou. (Czech)

The project aims at ensuring the availability of social services to people with mental illness who permanently live in parts of the MAS Pošumaví areas through a new social service — social rehabilitation. This will provide a demand-driven service in order to support and help re-socialisation clients. It will be concrete assistance to people in an adverse or acute social situation caused by a mental illness. The service will be provided in the field as well as in the out-patient form. (English)
