Projekt bude zacílen na zvýšení odborných znalostí zaměstnanců, kteří se v daných odvětvích potřebují nadále vzdělávat. Od realizace projektu očekáváme zvýšení prorůstového potenciálu společnosti a upevnění pracovních pozic zaměstnanců. Jediným rizikem pro neúspěch projektu by mohl být malý zájem cílové skupiny, kterou budeme motivovat k úspěšnému absolvování. (Czech)

The project will be targeted at increasing the expertise of staff in need of further training in those sectors. Since the implementation of the project, we look forward to increasing the growth potential of the company and to strengthening employees’ jobs. The only risk to the failure of a project could be the small interest of the target group, which will be an incentive to succeed. (English)
