Společnost LENA NÁBYTEK s.r.o. je organizací, která si uvědomuje význam zaměstnanců jako klíčového faktoru úspěšnosti. Vedení společnosti si stanovilo za cíl takové odborné školení zaměstnanců, aby se mohli úspěšně adaptovat na nově vznikající potřeby trhu. Hlavním přínosem projektu je dosažení vyššího stupně pružnosti firmy. Do projektu se zapojí 46 osob. Většina aktivit bude realizována pomocí externích dodavatelů a zkušených interních lektorů. Školení bude probíhat formou uzavřených kurzů. (Czech)

LENA NÁBYTEK s.r.o. is an organisation which is aware of the importance of employees as a key success factor. The management of the company has set itself the objective of training staff so that they can successfully adapt to emerging market needs. The main contribution of the project is to achieve a higher degree of flexibility of the firm. 46 people will be involved in the project. Most of the activities will be carried out by external contractors and experienced in-house tutors. Training sessions will take the form of a closed course. (English)
