The main purpose of the project is to find a solution to the long-standing employment problems in the Czech Republic, which will take place by means of dialogue. Key themes will be defined and elaborated on the basis of a partnership and in cooperation with regional actors. The aim will be to demonstrate that the more effective use of flexible working patterns and its reduction without a reduction in wages can lead both to increasing competitiveness and to increasing employment and can result from dialogue.
