Projekt je zaměřen na podporu žen s malými dětmi tak, aby tyto ženy na základě získaných kompetencí a dovedností byly schopny uplatnit se ve vedoucích pozicích a osvobodit se od přetrvávajících bariér, které jim brání v dosahování vytčených cílů. Důraz je kladen na praktickou složku zisku reálných kompetencí a jejich ověření v praxi.Součástí projektu jsou také aktivity jejichž cílem je zanalyzovat genderovou problematiku regionu a představit témata genderu a problematiku rovného přístupu. The project aims at supporting women with young children so that these women, on the basis of their acquired competences and skills, are able to take up leadership positions and free up from a persistent barrier to their achievement. The focus is on the practical component of real competence gain and their verification in practice, the activities are also aimed at analysing gender issues in the region and presenting gender issues and issues of equal access.
