A complex of information, advisory, motivational and educational activities linked to each other with a view to measurable concrete improvement of the position of 80 people from the labour market target groups according to their full potential, with an emphasis on equal pay, advancement of women in management positions, reduction of vertical segregation of the local labour market and prevention of discrimination. The activities are adapted to the individual needs of the target groups as well as to the specificities of the Central Polola region and contain a number of innovative features. (English)
