Cílem projektu je přispět ke snížení genderové nerovnosti a zlepšení postavení na trhu práce (TP) cílové skupiny (CS) - žen ohrožených na trhu práce, konkrétně žen s dětmi mladšími 15-ti let (min. 32 osob) a žen 55-64 let (min. 12 osob), a to na Praze-západ. Cíle projektu chceme dosáhnout prostřednictvím realizace cíleného komplexu provázaných aktivit a umístěním CS na 2 prac. místa na 0,5 úvazku. Realizace projektu přispěje k plnění principu rovných příležitostí.Aktivity se týkají OBLASTI 1. (Czech)

The project aims to contribute to reducing gender inequality and improving labour market position (TP) of target group (CS) — women at risk on the labour market, namely women with children under 15 years old (at least 32 people) and women 55-64 years (min. 12), to Prazan-west. The aim of the project is to achieve the objectives of the project through the realisation of a targeted complex of activities and the location of the EN to 2 work. Implementation of the project will contribute to the realisation of the principle of equal opportunities. (English)
