Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii produkcji mrozoodpornych taśm bitumicznych, na bazie asfaltów o zróżnicowanym stopniu modyfikacji, zapewniających jednorodność materiałową połączeń technologicznych warstw bitumicznych nawierzchni drogowej (uszczelnienie połączeń, szczelin dylatacyjnych i technologicznych pionowych i poziomych), zabezpieczających przed przenikaniem wody i wilgoci, przedłużających trwałość nawierzchni. Zakres projektu jest zgodny z kierunkami rozwoju inżynierii oraz infrastruktury komunikacyjnej. Zakres badań obejmuje badania fizykomechaniczne próbek taśm z uwzględnieniem starzenia technologicznego, eksploatacyjnego oraz badania rozwojowe na poligonie doświadczalnym. W skład zespołu badawczego wejdzie właściciel firmy, ekspert ds. mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych, kierownik laboratorium, ekspert i specjaliści ds. badań fizykomechanicznych oraz jednostka naukowa o profilu technicznym. Projekt prowadzi do opracowania technologii produkcji 12 innowacyjnych taśm. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to develop production technology for the production of frost resistant bitumen bands, which have a variable degree of asphaltic treatment in order to ensure the homogeneity of material connections in the technology layer of the pavement of the road surface (sealing joints, vertical and horizontal vertical and horizontal flow lines) to prevent the infiltration of water and moisture, prolonged durability of the pavement. The scope of the project is consistent with the development of engineering and communication infrastructure. The scope of the tests shall include physical/mechanical examinations of the straps taking into account the technological ageing, the in-use and the experimental development on the experimental bench. The research team will be composed of the owner of the business, the mineral/bitumen expert, the head of the laboratory, the expert and the specialists in mechanical research and the scientific unit with technical profile. The project leads to the development of technology for the production of 12 innovative bands. (English)
