Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa i wyposażenie Zakładu Aktywności Zawodowej [szcz. zakres rzeczowy - SW roz. 3.1.2.1 i 4.1.3.2], zlokaliz. w Goleniowskim Parku Przemysłowym, Gm. Goleniów, WZP. Potencjał gosp.-rozwojowy GPP umożliwia optymistyczną prognozę funkcjonowania ZAZ z uwagi na bezpośrednią lokalizację zakładu na terenie Parku. Celem budowy obiektu ZAZ będzie wsparcie procesów usamodzielniania się osób niepełnosprawnych [ON] poprzez: -dostosowanie do ich potrzeb infrastruktury społ. -poprawę warunków usług publ. świadczonych na ich rzecz Działalność ZAZ wspierać będzie zatrudnienie i rehabilitację, co docelowo służyć będzie przygotowaniu ON do podjęcia zatrudnienia na otwartym rynku pracy i prowadzenia niezależnego życia poza ZAZ. Zakończenie realizacji nastąpi na jesieni 2018 r., następnie Gm. Goleniów doprowadzi do powołania samorządowego zakładu budżetowego, prowadzącego jednostkę w czasie organizacji zakładu, zatwierdzenia i nadania statusu ZAZ, działalności początkowej. Rozpoczęcie formalnej i zgodnej z ustawą działalności ZAZ nastąpi po uzyskaniu statusu od Wojewody – I.2019, w czasie krótszym niż 12 m-cy od zakończenia projektu. W wyniku wdrożenia przedsięwzięcia, docelowo zostanie utworzonych ogółem 150 miejsc pracy, w tym 115 dla ON (stopień znaczny i umiarkowany). Inwestycja swoim oddziaływaniem obejmie środkowo-zachodni region WZP, w szczegól. Pow. Goleniowski. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się, a w konsekwencji przyczynia do powstania nowej infrastruktury, uzupełnia aktualnie funkcjonujący w powiecie system wsparcia i aktywizacji społ-zawod. ON, potęgując komplementarność działań między różnymi instytucjami i organizacjami. Przedsięwzięcie nie wymaga dodatkowych działań (innych projektów itp.) w celu jego pełnego wykorzystania. Zasoby techniczne, kadrowe i wiedza gwarantujące uruchomienie funkcjonowania infrastruktury po zakończeniu projektu, jak również najważniejsze jego etapy, opisano w SW roz. 3.2.2 (Polish)

The object of the project is the construction and equipment of the Professional Activity Base (szcz.) — SW roz. 3.1.2.1 and 4.1.3.2], located in the Goleniów Industrial Park, Gm. Goleniów, JPA. The R & D potential of the GPP allows for an optimistic prediction of the functioning of the ZAZ due to the direct location of the plant in the Park. The objective of the ZAZ object will be to support the independent use of disabled persons [ON] by: — adapting to the needs of their infrastructure The improvement of the terms and conditions of public services provided to them will support employment and rehabilitation, which will ultimately serve to prepare the ON for the open labour market and independent life outside the ZAZ. The end of the implementation will take place in the autumn of 2018 and then the Geniów will lead to the establishment of a self-governing budget establishment, the operator at the time of the organisation, approval and status of ZAZ’s initial activities. In accordance with the law, the activities of the ZAZ will be initiated after the status has been obtained from the Voivode — I.2019, in less than 12 months from the end of the project. As a result of the implementation of the project, a total of 150 jobs will be created, including 115 for ON (high and moderate grades). The implementation of the project is part of the project and, as a consequence, contributes to the creation of the new infrastructure, complements the support and activation system currently in place in the district.
