Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 175osób(KiM) w wieku 30 lat i więcej,w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie choszczeńskim do końca 2019 r. Rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 79 os., zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Choszcznie, po opuszczeniu programu.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby pozostające bez pracy w wieku 30 lat i więcej zareje.w PUP jako bezrobotne,w szczególności znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy(tj.osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach).W ramach projektu,dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności,predyspozycji zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy(staż, dotacje, doposażenia, szkolenie). Co najmniej 7% grupy docelowej uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu,potwierdzone dokumentem w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020.Projekt jest zgodny z typem projektu oraz grupą docelową wskazaną w SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020 oraz Regulaminie naboru. The project aims to increase the employability of 175 people (who) aged 30 and over, particularly those in difficulties on the labour market in the district of Christmas, by the end of 2019. the project will work for 79 persons recorded in the District Labour Office in Choszczno, after leaving the project. the project will cover persons unemployed aged 30 years and over in the PLO as unemployed, in particular disadvantaged people on the labour market (i.e. persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled).In the context of the project, the project, for each of the participants, will be preceded by an analysis of the skills and suitability of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (traineeships, grants, retrofit, training). At least 7 % of the target group will be qualified upon leaving the programme, supported by a document within the meaning of the Guidelines for the monitoring of progress in physical implementation of the operational programmes for the period 2014-2020.The project is in conformity with the project type and the target group indicated in the SOOP ROP WZ 2014-2020 and the selection procedure.
