POWIAT KWIDZYŃSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KWIDZYNIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród osób bezrobotnych (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia). Aby zapewnić realizację celu projektu wnioskodawca planuje w ramach projektu zaktywizować 154 osób (87K,67M) bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP Kwidzyn w ramach poniższych form wsparcia: - staż dla 70 osób (40K,30M)bezrobotnych, - refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 44 osób (22K,22M) bezrobotnych, - środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 40 osób (25K, 15M) bezrobotnych. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika oraz opracowany zostanie Indywidualny Plan Działania (IPD). Jeżeli z IPD wynikała konieczność zastosowanie pośrednictwa pracy lub poradnictwa zawodowego to takowe wspracie zostanie uczestnikowi udzielone. Wszystkie zaplanowane działania będą realizowane na podstawie przepisów ustawy z 20 kwietnie 2004 roku o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy oraz aktów wykonawczych do niej. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób, które zakończyły udział w projekcie (z wyłaczeniem osób, które otrzymają jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej w EFS) będzie wynosił minimum: - 33% dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - 39% dla kobiet, - 33% dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, - 30% dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 38% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for the unemployed (excluding people before the age of 30). In order to ensure that the project goal is achieved, the applicant plans to activate 154 people (87K, 67M) of the unemployed registered in the PUP Kwidzyn under the following forms of support: 70 (40K, 30M) of the unemployed, 44 persons reimbursed (22K, 22M) of the unemployed, for setting up an economic activity for 40 people (25K, 15M) of the unemployed. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant and will be developed by the Individual Action Plan (IPD). If IPDs derive from the need to use employment or career counselling, this will be done by the participant. All planned activities will be implemented on the basis of the Act of the 20 April 2004 Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions Act and its implementing acts. The employment efficiency ratio for those who have completed their participation in the project (excluding those with one-off resources for business start-ups in the ESF) will be the minimum: — 33 % for people aged 50 and over, 39 % for women, 33 % for people with disabilities, 30 % for the long-term unemployed, — 38 % for the low-skilled.
