Wsparciem w ramach projektu zostanie objęta grupa 355 osób (215K,140M). Będą to osoby zarejestrowane jako bezr w PUP z obszaru pow wejherowskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudn os pozostających bez pracy poprzez poprawę jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji os bezr zarejestrowanych w Urzędzie Pracy w Wejherowie. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej: 33% uczestników projektu w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 39% kobiet, 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 30% osób dług. bezrob. i 38% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach. Aktywizacja zawodowa rozumiana jest w projekcie jako doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmniej 3 miesiące, zatrudnienia dotychczasowych bezr oraz podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Te działania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia efektów i wskaźników związanych ze Strategią ZIT. Planowane formy wsparcia: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego z uczestn projektu w postaci opracowania/modyfikacji IPD; szkolenia – 116 osób (58K,58M); staże – 113 osób (93K,20M)-w tym 1os po szk; refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skier. osób bezrob. – 61 osób (25K,36M); jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczych (dotacje)-67 osoby (41K,26M)- w tym 1os po szk. Uczest. projektu zostaną objęci pośrednictwem pracy i/lub poradnictwem zawodowym. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, m.in. ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP, RPO WP 2014-2020 oraz SzOOP RPO WP 2014-2020 i innymi właściwymi prawodawstwami krajowymi, pozostałymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi. Projekt wzmacnia funkcje metropolitarne poprzez wsparcie i współpracę z pracodawcami z OMT. Projekt jest zgodny z kryteriami wyłaniania przedsięwzięć, przyjętymi w Strateg ZIT. (Polish)

The project will support a group of 355 people (215K, 140M). These persons will be the persons who are registered as having no part in the PUP from the area of the entry in the entrance of the entry into the register. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of people who are unemployed by improving the quality of activation of people who have been registered with the Labour Office in Wejherowo. Specific objectives of the project: — Activation of the profession at least: 33 % of project participants aged 50 and over, 39 % women, 33 % of people with disabilities, 30 % of people with disabilities and 38 % of low skilled participants. Professional activation shall be understood in the project as a permanent, i.e. lasting 3 months, lasting at least and an increase in the employability of participants in the project. These actions will contribute to the achievement of the impact and indicators linked to the ITI strategy. Planned forms of support: in-depth analysis of skills, suitability and professional problems for each project involved in the development/modification of IPDs; training — 116 persons (58K, 58M); 113 persons (93K, 20M) -including 1os after SZK; refunds on equipment costs or on the retrofitting of job vacancies for non-rob persons. 61 persons (25K, 36M); one-off measures for business activities (grants) -67 persons (41K, 26M) — including 1os after SZK. The project will take part in the work and/or work counselling. The project shall be consistent with the relevant Community policies and rules (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policy and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, including the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, Act of the Public Procurement Act, the 2014-2020 ROP and the ROP PP WP 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, the other Community policies and rules. The project strengthens metropolitan functions through support and cooperation with employers from OMTs. The project is in line with the criteria for the selection of projects adopted in the ITI Strateg. (English)
