Projekt obejmuje wsparciem 100% szkół z Gminy Krokowa, tj. 5SP (Lubocino,Sławoszyno,Wierzchucino,Żarnowiec,Krokowa) oraz 2GM (Wierzchucino,Krokowa) i w sposób kompleksowy odpowiada na zdiagnozowane potrzeby eduk. gminy. Wsparciem objeta zostanie grupę-uczniów i nauczycieli, która bez udziału w nim ma minimalne szanse na zniwelowanie lub zminimalizowanie zdiagnozowanych problemów. Podstawą zaplanowanych działań jest przeprowadzona we wszystkich szkołach diagnoza,zgodnie z wymogami Standardów realizacji wsparcia (zał. 11 do Regulaminu). Cel projektu to poprawa jakości edukacji ogólnej w Gminie Krokowa,przyczyniające się do wzrostu poziomu kompetencji uczniów oraz kwalifikacji i kompetencji nauczycieli. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty w oparciu o realizację celów szczegół.: zwiększenie komp. kluczowych uczniów, w tym uczniów niepełnosprawnych oraz o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych (SPE), zwiększenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji nauczycieli, w szczeg. w zakresie pracy z uczniem o SPE, stworzenie warunków w szkołach do realizacji programów nauczania z wykorzystaniem technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (TIK) oraz nowoczesnych pomocy dydaktycznych do eksperymentów. Realizacja założonych celów nastąpi dzięki działaniom tj: -wsparcie uczniów SP klas I-III, IV-VI oraz GM klas I-III poprzez realizację zajęć dodatkowych z wykorzystaniem TIK oraz nowoczesnych pomocy dydaktycznych, zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych, zajęć pedagogiczno-terapeutycznych i logopedycznych oraz zajęć i wyjazdów pozaszkolnych w wykorzystaniem potencjału pomorskich instytucji eduk., instytucji kultury i szkół wyższych -wsparcie nauczycieli w obszarze doskonalenia zawodowego poprzez realizację szkoleń z pracy z uczniem o SPE, lekcji pokazowych we współpracy z CEN i Lokalnym Centr. Nauczania Kreatywnego oraz studiów podyplomowych. Dzięki realizacji projektu min. 90% uczniów nabędzie komp. kluczowe, natomiast min 90% nauczycieli uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie komp. The project supports 100 % of the schools of the municipality of Krokowa, i.e. 5SP (Lubocino, Sławatosno, Wierzucino, Żarnowiec, Krokowa) and 2GM (Wierzchucino, Krokowa) and comprehensively respond to the identified needs of the municipalities. Support will be given to groups of pupils and teachers who do not have the minimum opportunities to reduce or minimise the problems diagnosed. Planned actions are based on a diagnosis in all schools, in accordance with the requirements of the Standards Implementation Standards (Annex). 11 to the Rules of Procedure). The aim of the project is to improve the quality of general education in the municipality of Krokowa, which contributes to increasing the skill levels of pupils, as well as to teachers’ qualifications and competences. The headline target will be achieved on the basis of the achievement of the specific objectives: an increase in the number of key pupils, including pupils with disabilities and special educational needs (SPE), the strengthening of teachers’ competences and qualifications, in particular as regards the work with the participation of the SPE, the creation of conditions in schools for the implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) curricula, as well as modern teaching facilities for experimentation. The objectives will be achieved by means of action: — support for class I-III, IV-VI and GM classes in classes I-III through the provision of additional learning activities using ICT and modern teaching aids, teaching and compensation courses, pedagogical and therapeutic education and speech therapy, as well as after-school and extra-curricular activities, utilising the capacity of education institutions, cultural institutions and universities — teacher support in the field of professional development through training with the participation of the SPE, demonstration lessons in cooperation with CEN and Come. Creative education and postgraduate studies. Thanks to the project, at least 90 % of pupils will be key players, while at least 90 % of teachers will gain a qualification or a pool.
