Projekt obejmuje zakup: 1. Zrobotyzowanego stanowiska spawalniczego 2. Prasy krawędziowej CNC W wyniku wdrożenia innowacyjnych technologii obróbki stali wzrośnie konkurencyjność oferty produktowej przedsiębiorstwa dzięki zmniejszeniu energo i materiałochonności procesu zaginania i spawania, skróceniu czasu operacji produkcyjnych i wyeliminowaniu części z nich oraz ograniczeniu kosztów realizowanego procesu obróbki stali. Zostaną stworzone warunki technologiczne do uruchomienia udoskonalonego i nowego asortymentut, co w połączeniu z ograniczeniem kosztów pozwoli zwiększyć sprzedaż w tym sprzedaż na rynki zagraniczne na poziomie 2 mln w skali roku. Nastąpi wzrost wykorzystania technologii ITC w procesie produkcyjnym. (Polish)

The project covers the purchase of: 1. A robotic welded position 2. The CNC edge press As a result of the implementation of innovative steel processing technologies, the competitiveness of the company’s product offer will increase by reducing energy and material efficiency of the missing and welding process, shortening the time of production operations and eliminating some of them and reducing the costs of the steel processing process. The technology conditions for the development of a refined and new product range will be created, which, combined with the cost reduction, will increase the sale of 2 million on a yearly basis to foreign markets. There will be an increase in the use of ITC technology in the manufacturing process. (English)
