Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja ogniw fotowoltaicznych oraz pomp aerotermalnych zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją. Instalacje fotowoltaiczne typu on - grid zostaną zamontowane na 40 obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Żyrzyn (łączna moc 100 kW). Pompy o łącznej mocy 48 kW zostaną zainstalowane na 26 budynkach prywatnych. Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii elektrycznej i cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną oraz aerotermalną. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego. Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Żyrzyn (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 0,165 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej -102,84 MWth/rok. Produkcja energii elektrycznej 92,92 MWe/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej - 40 szt. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 26 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 101,08 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Żyrzyn, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. The project consists of the purchase and installation of photovoltaic cells and aerothermal pumps in accordance with the annexed documentation. Photovoltaic installation type will be installed at 40 private places in the municipality of Zyrzyn (total power of 100 kW). Pumps with a combined output of 48 kW will be installed in 26 private buildings. The existing conventional source of electricity and heat will be replaced by free solar and aerothermal energy sources. The achievement of the specific objectives will indirectly affect the attractiveness of the region to tourists, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the environment. The target group will be the inhabitants of the municipality of Żyrzyn (private users) who indicated their willingness to join the project in the form of a survey. Design indicators — 0.165 MW additional renewable energy generation capacity. Thermal energy production — 102,84 MWth. Electricity production 92,92 MWe/year. Number of units of electricity generation — 40 Number of units of thermal energy generation — 26 The reduction in CO 2-101,08 Mg/air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to draw up an air quality programme. In the POP area for the Lubelskie zone, no corrective or short-term action was identified for the municipality of Żyrzyn, which means that there are no exceedances of the levels of substances to be assessed in the air quality assessment.
