POWIAT WŁODAWSKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY WE WŁODAWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włodawskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 36% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 17% niepełnosprawnych, 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni akltywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wszystkie osoby (240) objęte zostaną pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawodowym. Bon szkoleniowy otrzyma 25 osób, bon na zasiedlenie 25 osób, staż 160 osób, szkolenia indywidualne 10 osób, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działaności gospodarczej 20 osób. Strona - (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the rural district.The main output of the project will be to start employment by at least:35 % of the long-term unemployed, 36 % of the low-skilled, 17 % of the disabled, 43 % of those not eligible for any of the above target groups.The project will cover persons below the age of 30 years eligible for the Aid Profile I (so-called “unemployed aklatives”) or the aid profile II (so called “support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.All (240) persons will be affected by work or counselling.The voucher will receive 25 people, a voucher for 25 people, a 160 training voucher, an individual training of 10, one-off measures to take up an economic activity of 20 people.Page — (English)
