Projekt dotyczy zakupu i montażu suwnicy o min. udźwigu 2 ton (natorowej), suwnicy bramowej o min. udźwigu 5 ton i wybudowanie zbiornika na szlam, który jest niezbędny do uruchomienia zaplanowanej do zakupu piły linowej do cięcia bloków kamiennych. Innymi maszynami zaplanowanymi do zakupu jest jednosuportowa piła wzdłużna do obróbki kamienia oraz jednosuportowa piła wzdłużna CNC 6 osi do obróbki kamienia (automatu do frezowania, cięcia i rzeźbienia figur przestrzennych). Wnioskodawca wyroby wykonuje z dużych bloków skalnych, tnąc je na mniejsze i przemieszczając je do obroki na poszczególne maszyny, dlatego niezbędny jest zakup suwnic zarówno na placu (gdzie bloki skalne są wyładowywane z tirów), jak i również na hali produkcyjnej do przenoszenia płyt kamiennych z i na maszyny. Do wychwytu pyłu kamiennego powstającego podczas obróbki produktów kamiennych niezbędny jest zakup ściany odpylającej. W celu zagospodarowania odpadów powstałych podczas cięcia kamienia planuje się w projekcie zakup kruszarki. Do każdej zaplanowanej w projekcie maszyny jest niezbędne doprowadzenie sprężonego powietrza dlatego planuje się również zakup sprężarki śrubowej 11 kW. Dla obsługi klienta, pod względem ofertowym (przyjmowanie zamówień, zleceń) zaplanowano zbudowanie on-line systemu informatycznego do zarządzania firmą. (Polish)

The project concerns the purchase and installation of a crane, with a lifting capacity of 2 tonnes (on track), a gantry cranes having a lifting capacity of 5 tonnes and building a reservoir on the sludge which is necessary for launching a cable saw to cut stone blocks. Other machinery intended to be purchased is one dried longitudinal stone for working stone and a single-port dried longitudinal CNC 6 centre line for working stone (automatic for milling, cutting and carving). The applicant makes products of large rock blocks, cutting them into smaller parts and moving them to the turnover of individual machines, therefore purchasing a crane both on the square (where rock blocks are landed from thiram) and also on the production hall for the transfer of stone panels and machines. For the capture of hard dust arising from the treatment of stone products, it is necessary to purchase a dust collector. In order to manage the waste resulting from cutting stone, it is planned to purchase crusher. Every planned machine is required to bring the compressed air, therefore, it is also planned to purchase 11 kW of the compressor. For customer service, the construction of an IT system for managing the company is planned in terms of offer (acceptance of orders, orders). (English)
