Cel główny: Podniesienie aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia na rynku pracy przez 20 K -opiekunów prawnych dzieci w w do lat 3 zamieszkałych na terenie woj. łódzkiego, gminy Gorzkowice w okresie 01.07.2018 – 30.06.2020r. (i min w okresie trwałości), poprzez objęcie opieką dzieci w ramach żłobka. W wyniku działań projektowych na terenie woj. łódzkiego w obrębie Gminy Gorzkowice zwiększy się dostępność do miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w postaci instytucjonalnej (żłobek), co ułatwi osobom sprawującym opiekę nad najmłodszymi dziećmi godzenie życia zawod i rodzinnego. Projekt wpisuje się tym samym bezpośrednio w realizację celu szczegółowego PI 8IV: Wzrost poziomu aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3. Goal: Increasing labour force participation and employability in the labour market by 20 K/legal carers of children in 3 years in Łódzkie Province, Gorzów municipality in the province of Gorzów in the period 01.07.2018-30.06.2020. (and min during the shelf life) by taking care of children as part of a crèche. As a result of project activities on the territory of Łódź Province, the municipality of Gorzkowice will increase access to childcare facilities in the form of an institutional crèche, which will make it easier for younger children to reconcile their work and family life. The project shall therefore be directly linked to the implementation of the specific objective of PI 8IV: The increase in activity levels and the employability of childcare workers aged up to the 3s.
