Realizacja projektu zakłada rozwój istniejącego w ML System Działu Badawczo - Rozwojowego w celu umożliwienia realizacji przedstawionych w Agendzie Badawczej prac B+R, których skutkiem będzie wdrożenie innowacji produktowych oraz świadczenie innowacyjnych usług. Rozbudowane zostanie Fotowoltaiczne Centrum Badawczo Rozwojowe (FCBR) oraz utworzone zostanie Centrum Badawcze Mikroukładów Elektronicznych (CBME). Elementem wspólnym FCBR oraz CBME będzie utworzenie tzw. Live Lab, a także prowadzenie badań nad rozwiązaniami BIPV w obiektach wielkogabarytowych. Głównym celem projektu jest rozszerzenie prowadzenia działalności B+R w Spółce ML System poprzez rozwój istniejącego zaplecza badawczo – rozwojowego. Przedsięwzięcie zlokalizowane zostanie w Zaczerniu, a jego celami szczegółowymi (efektami wpływającymi na wzmocnienie zdolności instytucjonalnych w zakresie prowadzenia prac B+R w Spółce) będą m.in. pobudzenie potencjału intelektualnego Spółki mającego wpływ na podniesienia innowacyjności województwa podkarpackiego, rozwój przedsiębiorstw innowacyjnych/jednostek naukowych w regionie. Powyższe cele są spójne z celem nadrzędnym RPO WP na lata 2014-2020 oraz celem Działania 1.2 “Zwiększona działalność B+R przedsiębiorstw”. Osiągnięcie powyższych celów możliwe będzie dziki realizacji projektu, w tym zadań zaprezentowanych w ramach 4 obszarów badawczych zdefiniowanych w Agendzie Badawczej. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia przewiduje inwestycję w aparaturę naukowo-badawczą i wartości niematerialne i prawne służące tworzeniu innowacyjnych produktów i usług. Zakres projektu wpisuje się w RIS w specjalizację wiodącą “Jakość życia”, obszar eko-technologie. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi Unii Europejskiej. Planowane do osiągnięcia rezultaty, m.in.: 1. 11 przedsiębiorców korzystających ze wspartej infr. badawczej. 2. Rozwijanie współpracy w ramach umowy wieloletniej i współpracy w określonym czasie na potrzeby realizacji wspólnego projektu badawczego i/lub rozwojowego (Polish)

The implementation of the project involves the development of the existing ML system of the Research and Development Unit in order to enable the implementation of R & D R & D in the Research Agenda that will result in the implementation of product innovations and the provision of innovative services. The Deterial-Development Centre (FCBR) will be developed and the Research Centre for Microsystems (CBME) will be established. The CBME and CBME will be set up so called Live Lab as well as research on the BIPV solutions in large-scale facilities. The main objective of the project is to expand the R & D activities of ML’s in the Company ML system by developing the existing R & D base. The project will be located in black and its specific objectives (the effects of strengthening the institutional capacity to carry out R & D in the Company) will be, inter alia, to boost the company’s intellectual potential, which has an impact on the innovativeness of the Podkarpackie region, the development of innovative enterprises/research units in the region. These objectives are consistent with the objective of the High Regional Operational Programme for the 2014-2020 ROP and the objective of Action 1.2 “A majority business R & D of enterprises”. Achievement of the above objectives will be possible for the wild realisation of the project, including the tasks presented in the 4 research areas defined in the Research Agenda. The project envisages an investment in research and intangible assets for the creation of innovative products and services. The scope of the project is included in RIS in the lead specialisation “Quality of Life”, the eco-technology area. The project shall be consistent with the horizontal policies of the European Union. Planned to achieve results, including: 1. 11 business users supported by an inflation survey. 2. Development of cooperation on a multi-annual basis and cooperation over time for the implementation of a joint research and/or development project (English)
