W projekcie przewidziano zakup specjlistycznego urządzenia diagnostycznego w postaci aparatu USG wraz z komputerem Etapy realizacji projektu: - złożenie wniosku o dof. - podpisanie umowy o dof. - wybór wykonawcy - zawarcie umowy - realizacja dostaw - zakończenie projektu i podpisanie prot. końcowego - końcowe rozliczenie proj. sposób wdrażania zakresu rzeczowego: - podpisanie umowy - realizacja dostaw - odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SzOOP RPOWWM Cel tematyczny 9. Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją; Priorytet inwestycyjny 9a. Inwestycje w infrastrukturę zdrowotną i społeczną, które przyczyniają się do rozwoju krajowego, regionalnego i lokalnego, zmniejszania nierówności w zakresie stanu zdrowia oraz przejścia z usług instytucjonalnych do usług na poziomie społeczności lokalnych. Przedmiotowy projekt polega na zakupie usg i przyczynia się do realizacji celu: Podniesienie jakości i skuteczności usług zdrowotnych. Przewidziany zakres wpisuje się w typy projektów przewidzianych do realizacji oraz realizują założone do realizacji wskaźniki. Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination; Investment priority 9a. Investing in health and social infrastructure that contribute to national, regional and local development, reducing inequalities in terms of health status and the transition from institutional to community-based services. The project consists of purchasing usg and contributes to the objective of: To improve the quality and effectiveness of health services. The intended scope shall be included in the types of projects to be implemented and shall be carried out in accordance with the indicators. The project results from a real need for BART-MEDICA in Bartoszyce. (English)
