Zadanie dot. poprawy zrównoważonej mobilności i wzrostu efektywności energetycznej w Olsztynie poprzez : 1. przebudowę infrastruktury rowerowej i pieszej, m.in.: • rozbiórka istniejących konstrukcji chodników wraz z krawężnikami i obrzeżami, • wykonanie koryta pod nowe konstrukcje nawierzchni chodników i ścieżek rowerowych, • regulacja pionową istniejących studni i zaworów, • doprowadzenie podłoża do grupy nośności podłoża G1, • wykonanie nowych konstrukcji nawierzchni chodników i ścieżek rowerowych, • wykonanie oznakowania pionowego i poziomego, • montaż urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego, • odtworzenie trawników 2. przebudowę oświetlenia miejskiego, m.in.: • przebudowa oświetlenia drogowego, • budowę oświetlenia ciągów pieszych i rowerowych, • ochrona od porażeń. na odcinku ul. Leonharda w Olsztynie. Projekt wpisuje się w oś prio. 4. Efektywność energetyczna, Dział. 4.4. Zrównoważony transport miejski, Poddział. 4.4.1 Ekomobilny MOF (ZIT Olsztyna). Realizuje cel tematyczny 4. Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach, priorytet inwestycyjny 4e. Promowanie strategii niskoemisyjnych dla wszystkich terytoriów, w szczególności dla obszarów miejskich, w tym wspieranie zrównoważonej, multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej i działań adaptacyjnych mających oddziaływanie łagodzące na zmiany klimatu. Zadanie dot. poprawy zrównoważonej mobilności i wzrostu efektywności energetycznej na terenie miasta Olsztyna poprzez działania w kierunku infrastruktury w zakresie niezmotoryzowanego transportu indywidualnego (budowa obustronnych ścieżek rowerowych i chodników wzdłuż ul. Leonharda gdzie odbywa się również transport zbiorowy komunikacji miejskiej ) oraz przebudowy oświetlenia na energooszczędne sterowane ruchem. Rozwój łańcuchów ekomobilności daje użytkownikom alternatywę w sposobie przemieszczania się za pomocą dowolnej formy transportu. (Polish)

To improve sustainable mobility and increase energy efficiency in Olsztyn by: 1nd upgrading of cycle and pedestrian infrastructure, including: • demolition of existing pavement structures with kerbs and rims,• construction of the bed into new pavement and cycle paths,• vertical adjustment of existing wells and paths,• bringing the ground to the load group G1,• the construction of new pavement and cycle paths,• implementation of vertical and horizontal markings,• installation of road safety equipment,• restoration of lawns 2nd upgrading of urban lighting, including: • reconstruction of road lighting,• construction of pedestrian and cycle paths,• Protection from personal advice on the section ul. Leonhard in Olsztyn. The project is part of the PRIO axis. 4. Energy efficiency, Unit. 4.4. Sustainable urban transport, Sub-unit. 4.4.1 Ecomobon MOF (ZIT Olsztyn). It shall meet the 4 thematic objective. Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors, investment priority 4e. Promoting low-carbon strategies for all territories, in particular for urban areas, including support for sustainable, multimodal urban mobility and adaptation actions having a mitigating effect on climate change. The task of improving sustainable mobility and increasing energy efficiency in the territory of the city of Olsztyn through action towards infrastructure for non-motorised individual transport (building two-way cycle paths and pavements along the street) Leonhard also receives public transport for public transport) and converting lighting on energy efficient traffic. The development of eco-mobility provides users with an alternative to the mode of movement by any means of transport. (English)
