Projekt obejmuje budowę infrastruktury szynowej w ul. Kujawskiej na odcinku od ronda Kujawskiego do ronda Bernardyńskiego wraz z przebudową układu dróg, przebudowę infrastruktury transportu szynowego w ciągu ul. Wojska Polskiego od pętli Magnuszewska do węzła komunikacyjnego Wojska Polskiego – Szpitalna - Szarych Szeregów – Bełzy oraz przyłączenie wyżej wymienionych odcinków do Systemu Transportowego miasta Bydgoszczy (ITS), przebudowę i budowę parkingów oraz zakup nowoczesnego taboru tramwajowego. Obejmuje: • budowę infrastruktury szynowej na odcinku od ronda Kujawskiego do ronda Bernardyńskiego wraz z budową trakcji, oświetleniem (w tym powiązanie funkcji trakcji tramwajowej z oświetleniem), 8 przystankami tramwajowymi, podłączeniem do ITS oraz przebudową istniejącej i budową nowej drogi dwujezdniowej z wydzielonym BUSPASEM a także przebudową i budową chodników i przejść dla pieszych; • przebudowę infrastruktury transportu szynowego na odcinku od pętli Magnuszewska do węzła komunikacyjnego Wojska Polskiego – Szpitalna – Szarych Szeregów – Bełzy; • budowę i przebudowę zatok autobusowych; • przebudowę infrastruktury (w tym podziemnej) kolidującej z zakresem rzeczowym projektu • budowę parkingu Park&Ride przy rondzie Kujawskim; • przebudowę parkingów na ul. Ustronie i ul. Długiej oraz miejsc postojo Celem przedsięwzięcia jest usprawnienie systemu miejskiej komunikacji zbiorowej, prowadzące do zwiększenia udziału osób korzystających ze środków transportu publicznego. Całość zadań infrastrukturalnych polega na wykonaniu robót - torowych, drogowych, wodociągowych, energetycznych (oświetlenie i sygnalizacja świetlna), odwodnieniowych, gazowych, szaty roślinnej, wraz z systemem monitoringu miejskiego, natomiast zadanie taborowe polega na dostarczeniu 15 szt. niskopodłogowych, nowoczesnych tramwajów. Zadania przyczynią się do zmniejszenia zatłoczenia motoryzacyjnego w mieście, do poprawy płynności ruchu i ograniczenia negatywnego wpływu transportu na środowisko. (Polish)

The project involves the construction of a rail infrastructure at ul.Kujawski in the section from the roundabout to the bernardyski roundabout and the reconstruction of the road system, the reconstruction of rail transport infrastructure over the course of ul.The Polish Army, from the Magnuzezewska loop to the traffic hub of the Polish Army — Szpina — Below Sheregów — Belts and the connection of the abovementioned sections to the Transport System of Bydgoszcz (ITS), the reconstruction and construction of parking areas and the purchase of modern tram rolling stock.Includes:• construction of the rail infrastructure from the roundabout to the bernarcanski roundabout, including the construction of a traction unit, lighting (including linking of the tram traction function with the lighting), 8 tram stops, its connection to ITS and the construction of the existing dual carriageway road from the designated BUSPASEM and the reconstruction and construction of pavements and pedestrian crossings;• upgrading of the rail transport infrastructure from the Magnuszewska loop to the traffic junction of the Polish Army — Hospital — Below Sheregów — Bełzy;• construction and reconstruction of bus bays;• upgrading of infrastructure (including underground) conflicting with the material scope of the project• construction of Park & Ride park in the Kujawski roundabout;• reconstruction of the car park on the streetPage and ul.The purpose of the project is to improve the system of urban public transport, thereby increasing the participation of people using public transport.All of the infrastructure tasks consist of carrying out works — on track, road, water, energy (lighting and traffic lights), dehydration, gas, plant and urban monitoring system, while the task of the rolling stock is to provide 15 low-floor trams with low-floor trams.The tasks will help to reduce car congestion in the city, improve traffic flow and reduce the negative impact of transport on the environment.
