Projekt jest zgodny z celem gł.Osi Pr. 4, którym jest poprawa stanu środowiska przyrodniczego oraz przeciwdziałanie zagrożeniom wynikającym ze zmian klimatu i ochrona dziedzictwa kulturowego. Projekt wpisuje się w cel szcz. którym jest zwiększenie liczby mieszkańców regionu korzystających z dóbr dziedzictwa kulturowego woj. lubuskiego. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku przy ul. Wyszyńskiego 19A na potrzeby jednostki kultury i edukacji tj. MCKiE „Dom Harcerza” w ZG. W ramach inwestycji powstanie infrastruktura, która poprawi jakość pracy placówki. Zyska ona dodatkowe pracownie, miejsce do archiwizacji, pomieszczenia o odpowiednich właściwościach technicznych (np. powierzchnia,kubatura, akustyka), takich jak sala widowiskowa. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie liczby osób z obszaru funkcjonalnego Zielonej Góry, które będą korzystały z oferty kulturalno-edukacyjnej. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez dostosowanie darmowej kulturalnej oferty programowej do zgłaszanego popytu, szczególnie w zakresie liczby zajęć, zakresu tematycznego oraz liczby miejsc, stworzenie warunków sprzyjających kreatywności i rozwojowi pracowników, poprawę atrakcyjności i dostępności zajęć, w tym umożliwi korzystanie z oferty osobom niepełnosprawnym i pozostałym mieszkańcom bez względu na stan zdrowia (sprawność ruchową), status społeczny i majątkowy. Zmniejszenie różnic w dostępie do życia kulturalnego i zapewnienie równego dostępu do dobrej jakości edukacji artystycznej poprzez poprawę jakości i dostępności publicznej oferty umożliwi aktywizację ludności w sferze kultury, pozwoli wykorzystać ich potencjał do rozwoju regionu, wpływając na poprawę jakości i atrakcyjności życia w MOF ZG.Przeprowadzenie inwestycji umożliwi również wprowadzenie e-usług z wykorzystaniem TIK do działalności placówki.Obszar oddziaływania projektu obejmuje dzieci z całego obszaru, z więcej niż 4 gmin i ma charakter ponadregionalny. The project is in line with the objective of the Pr. 4, which is the improvement of the natural environment and the prevention of risks arising from climate change and the protection of cultural heritage. The project is part of the objective of increasing the number of inhabitants of the region benefiting from the cultural heritage of Lubuskie Province. The object of the project is to rebuild and expand the building at ul. Chinese 19A for the unit of culture and education, i.e. MCKE ‘House of Harceza’ in ZG. The investment will create an infrastructure that will improve the quality of the work of the facility. It will be provided with an additional workshop, space for archiving, a space with appropriate technical characteristics (e.g. space, space, acoustics), such as the performing room. The aim of the project is to increase the number of people from the functional area of Zielona Góra, who will benefit from a cultural and educational offer. The objective will be achieved by adapting the provision of the free cultural programme to the notified demand, in particular as regards the number of activities, the number of subjects and the number of places, the creation of conditions conducive to the creation and development of workers, the improvement of the attractiveness and the availability of courses, including the opportunity to make provision for disabled persons and other residents irrespective of their state of health (mobility), social and property status. Reducing disparities in access to cultural life and ensuring equal access to quality arts education by improving the quality and accessibility of public offering will enable civil society to be mobilised in the cultural sphere in order to exploit their potential for the development of the region by improving the quality and attractiveness of life in MOF ZG.Transfers of investments will also make it possible to introduce e-services using ICT for the activities of the Institute. the project’s area of impact includes children from the whole area, with more than 4 municipalities and has a supra-regional dimension.
