Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do cyfrowej informacji sektora publicznego dla mieszkańców i przedsiębiorców z terenu gm. Końskie poprzez udostępnienie on-line nowych e-usług publicznych na 3 (29 usług) i 4 (33 usług) stopniu dojrzałości, udostępnienie on-line 62 dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego, udostępnienie on-line 2 baz danych oraz udostępnienie on-line informacji sektora publicznego przez 17 podmiotów. Uruchomiony w wyniku realizacji projektu system teleinformatyczny, szt.1, będzie spełniał wymogi komplementarności, interoperacyjności i synergii działań. Zakres projektu obejmie modernizację istn. infrastruktury IT w urzędzie gminy, przez powiększenie przestrzeni dyskowej serwerowni do 12 TB, utworzenie 7 API, wdrożenie 7 aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu informacji sektora publicznego i e-usług publicznych. Projekt obejmie również digitalizację 8 dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego. W ramach projektu zostanie przeszkolonych w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych 100 osób (62 kobiety i 32 mężczyzn). W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie zintegrowany system e-usług administracyjnych i oświatowych oraz nastąpi znaczące zwiększenie liczby pobrań/ odtworzeń o 5 556 dokumentów zaw. informacje sektora publicznego, co spowoduje awans cyfrowy społeczności lokalnej. Okres realizacji projektu 01.01.-31.07.2019 r. Projekt, dzięki udostępnieniu e-usług wysokiej jakości oraz otwarcia dostępu on-line do informacji sektora publicznego jest zgodny z celem CT 2 RPOWŚ 2014-2020” Zwiększenie dostępności wykorzystania i jakości technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych”, w tym z priorytetem inwest. 2c „Wzmocnienie zastosowań TK dla e-administracji, e—włączenia społecznego, e-kultury i e-zdrowia” oraz celem szczególnym dział. 7.1 SZOOP RPOWŚ 2014-2020 „Upowszechnienie wykorzystania technik informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w usługach publicznych dotyczących w szczególności sektora zdrowia oraz administracji publicznej”. The main objective of the project is to increase access to digital public sector information for residents and entrepreneurs in the area of the Końskie area by making available on-line new public services for 3 (29 services) and 4 (33 services), making available 62 public sector information on-line, making available 2 databases online and making public sector information available online by 17 actors. Launched as a result of the project, the ICT system, OP.1, will fulfil the requirements of complementarity, interoperability and synergy of activities. The scope of the project will include the upgrading of the IT infrastructure to the municipality, extending the space of the server room to 12 TB, the creation of 7 API, the implementation of 7 applications based on the re-use of public sector information and public e-services. The project will also include the digitisation of 8 public sector information documents. The project will be trained in digital competences of 100 people (62 women and 32 men). As a result of the project, an integrated system of administrative and educational services will be created and there will be a significant increase in the number of public sector information downloads/cuttings of 5 556 documents, which will lead to the advancement of the digital local population. The project implementation period 01.01.-31.07.2019. the project, through the provision of high-quality e-service and on-line access to public sector information, is in line with the objective of CT 2 RPOWER 2014-2020 to increase the accessibility to the use and quality of information and communication technologies, including with a focus on investment. 2c “Strengthening CT applications for e-government, e-inclusion, e-culture and e-health” and the specific objective of the unit. 7.1 SZOOP RUSŚ 2014-2020 “Dissemination of information and communication technologies in public services, in particular in the health sector and public administration”.
