Celem głównym przedmiotowego projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o. zarówno na krajowym jak i międzynarodowym rynku poprzez implementację unikalnych i nie stosowanych w chwili obecnej (w odniesieniu do branży) innowacji technologicznych procesu produkcyjnego, umożliwiających włączenie do oferty przedsiębiorstwa nowego, nie wytwarzanego dotychczas produktu w postaci narzędzia dolnego kasety narzędziowej wykorzystywanej w budowie maszyn do spawania plastiku. Do osiągnięcia celu głównego koniecznym będzie przeprowadzenie działań o charakterze rozwojowym, do których zaliczyć należy: *budowa hali produkcyjnej, *wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii produkcji będącej wynikiem własnych prac badawczo-rozwojowych, *doposażenie przedsiębiorstwa o elementy nowej linii produkcyjnej, do których zaliczyć należy: -centrum frezarskie poziomie 4-osiowe; -centrum frezarskie pionowe 3-osiowe; -centrum frezarskie 5-osiowe; -wytaczarkę CNC; -tokarkę CNC; -wiertarkę współrzędnościowa; -suwnicę o udźwigu do 8 t. Realizacja założonych celów skutkować będzie szeregiem pozytywnych efektów takich jak: •wprowadzenie do oferty przedsiębiorstwa innowacji produktowej i technologicznej. •powiększenie rynku zbytu, •wzmocnienie wizerunku przedsiębiorstwa, •zaspokojenie bieżących potrzeb rynku (klientów docelowych), •wzrostu znaczenia i konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa na krajowym i światowym rynku producentów części do maszyn skierowanych do branży automotive, •wzrostu wykorzystania potencjału badawczo-rozwojowego firmy, •wzrost rentowności przedsiębiorstwa. The main objective of this project is to increase the competitiveness of Fabryka Maków Lubaczow Sp. z o.o. on both the national and the international market by means of the implementation of a unique and not currently used technological process (for the sector) to include a new entrant in the supply of a new company, which has not yet been manufactured, in the form of a lower tool tool used in the construction of plastic welding machines.To achieve the main objective, it will be necessary to carry out activities of a developmental nature, including:* construction of the production hall, * implementation of innovative production technology resulting from own research and development, * retrofitting of the undertaking with elements of the new production line, including:— 4-axial freestanding at the milling centre;3 axles;5-axle box;The holder of the CNC;— CNC lathes;A coordinate drill;— I would like to see the lifting of the lifting of the lifting of the lifting of the lifting of the working load by 8 t. the objectives set will result in a number of positive effects, such as:• the introduction of the product and technological innovation of the company.• extension of the market,• strengthening the company’s image,• satisfying the current needs of the market (target customers),• increasing the importance and competitiveness of the company on the domestic and worldwide market of manufacturers of parts of machinery directed to the automotive sector,• an increase in the use of the company’s R & D potential,• an increase in the company’s profitability.
