Realizacja projektu zapewni prawidłowe funkcjonowanie sieci elektroenergetycznych na terenie wybranych miejscowości powiatu nowosądeckiego i gorlickiego poszerzając możliwość przyłączania nowych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych w rozproszeniu. W gminach gdzie zlokalizowany jest projekt planowany jest znaczący wzrost ilości instalacji OZE wytwarzających energię elektryczną. Zadania polegają w przeważającej części na budowie sieci SN kablowych i napowietrznych. Planuje się nowe odcinki sieci dla poprawy pewności zasilania poprzez wzajemne rezerwowanie się sieci SN. Planuje się również w niezbędnym zakresie przebudowy istniejących linii SN i nN ze względu na zły stan techniczny istniejących sieci oraz ich znaczenie. Projekt składa się z czterech zadań:Zadanie 1. Budowa powiązania sieci SN 30kV pomiędzy stacjami transformatorowymi nr 8523 Biała Wyżna 06 i nr 8656 Ptaszkowa 07;Zadanie 2. Budowa powiązania elektroenergetyczną siecią SN15kV pomiędzy stacjami transformatorowymi nr 8180 Gostwica 2 i 8741 Długołęka 3;Zadanie 3. Budowa linii SN 15kV jako powiązanie pomiędzy stacją transformatorową Moszczenica 15 nr 81109 linia 15kV Rzepiennik, a stacją transformatorową Kwiatonowice 03 nr 81284 linia 15kV Biecz;Zadanie 4. Przebudowa sieci napowietrznej SN 15kV relacji Rożnów Tabaszowa na sieć dwutorową.Budowa nowych odcinków sieci oraz zwiększenie przekrojów sieci istniejących, a także modernizacja stacji transformatorowych pozwoli na zwiększenie mocy przyłączeniowej OZE. Zadania mają również na celu poprawę warunków zasilania oraz pewności zasilania odbiorców, poprzez wykonanie dodatkowych połączeń modernizowanych sieci. Inwestycje pozwolą Wnioskodawcy skuteczniej zarządzać energią elektryczną wytworzoną w ramach OZE. Wybrane rozwiązania techniczne oraz architektoniczne, przebudowa i budowa linii kablowych oraz napowietrznych, są rozwiązaniami najkorzystniejszymi dla ww. obszarów.Ciąg dalszy w punkcie Q. (Polish)

The project will ensure the proper functioning of the electricity networks in the selected villages of the Nowy Sącz and hot districts, extending the scope to connect new units of electricity generation from renewable sources to dispersed electricity generation. In the municipalities where the project is located, there is a significant increase in the number of RES installations producing electricity. The major part of the tasks consists of the construction of a network of overhead wires and overhead networks. New sections of the network are planned to improve the security of the supply through the reciprocal booking of SN. It is also planned to upgrade the existing SN and NN lines in view of the poor technical condition of the existing networks and their importance. The project consists of four tasks: task 1. Construction of a SN 30 kV network between transformer stations No 8523 Biała, 06 and 8656 Ptaszkowa 07; task 2. Construction of an electronic communication network of the SN15kV network between transformer stations No 8180 Gstica 2 and 8741 Dłupigeons 3; zadanie 3. Construction of the 15 kV overhead line as the link between a transformer station in Moszczenica 15 no 81 109 kV Rzecin line and the Kwiatowice-transformer station of Kwionoice 03 No 81284 line 15 kV Biecz; zadanie 4. Reconstruction of network overhead lines SN 15 kV relations of Tabachov network to the double-track network. construction of new sections of the network and increase of existing network sections, as well as upgrading of the transformer stations, will increase the capacity of the RES connection. The tasks are also intended to improve the power supply and supply conditions for customers by making additional connections to the modernised networks. Investments will enable the Applicant to manage the electricity generated from RES more efficiently. The technical and architectural features, the alterations and the construction of the cable and overhead lines are the solutions most favourable to the area referred to above. (English)
