CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU:Zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i wzrost zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród 72 osób(44 kobiety/28 mężczyzn) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,które zamieszkują w województwie mazowieckim na obszarach(w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyzacji określonego w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego,przez realizację kompleksowego wsparcia,w okresie od 01.10.2018 do 30.06.2019, prowadzącego do zatrudnienia minimum 22 osób oraz zdobycia kwalifikacji zawodowych przez minimum 16 osób. GRUPA DOCELOWA:72 osoby(44 kobiety/28 mężczyzn)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,powyżej 18 roku życia,wyłącznie osoby doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia,osoby o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności,osoby z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną,osoby z zaburzeniami psychicznymi,w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i osoby z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi, osoby zamieszkujące w województwie mazowieckim na obszarach(w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyzacji określonego w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego. GŁÓWNE WSKAŹNIKI: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym: -które uzyskały kwalifikacje po zakończeniu projektu:44; -poszukujących pracy po zakończeniu projektu:41; -pracujących po zakończeniu projektu:22; -które dokonały postępu w aktywizacji społecznej(minimum 34%); -które spełniły kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej(minimum 25%); Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnością,które dokonały postępu w aktywizacji społecznej(minimum 34%)oraz spełniły kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej(minimum 12%). ZADANIA: 1.Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników projektu 72 osób; 2.Indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne i psychospołeczne dla 72 osób; 3.Pośrednictwo pracy dla 72 osób; 4.Warsztaty poradnictwa zawodowego dla 72 osób; 5.Szkolenia zawodowe dla 72 osób; 6.Staż zawodowy dla 72 osób. Project MAIN: enhancing social activity and employability of 72 people (44 kobiety/28 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion in Mazowieckie Province (in the municipalities) below the threshold for disadvantage defined in the Mazowieckie trap and social exclusion, through the implementation of comprehensive support, between 01.10.2018 and 30.06.2019, with a minimum of 22 people and a minimum of 16 people. DOCELOWA group: 72 persons (44 kobiety/28 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, over the age of 18, only persons suffering multiple exclusion, severely or moderately disabled, persons with coupled disabilities, persons with mental disorders, including persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with complete development disorders, persons resident in Mazowieckie Province in areas (in the municipalities) below the threshold for disadvantage defined in the Mazowieckie trap and social exclusion. CORE INDICATORS: The number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion: Which obtained a qualification after the end of the project: 44; Job seekers at the end of the project: 41; Working at the end of the project: 22; — which have made progress in social activation (minimum 34 %); — which have fulfilled the employment efficiency criterion (minimum 25 %); The number of persons with disabilities that have made progress in social activation (minimum 34 %) and met the employment efficiency criterion (minimum 12 %).
