Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii hydroformowania wybranych elementów naczepy celem stworzenia innowacyjnej naczepy INNFLEXTRAILER. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wdrożenie do własnej działalności Wnioskodawcy innowacji produktowej w postaci innowacyjnej naczepy INNFLEXTRAILER. Podstawowym założeniem projektu jest opracowanie założeń dla technologii hydroformowania elementów stalowych oraz wybór parametrów procesów wytwórczych a w toku prac rozwojowych opracowanie technologii hydroformowania komponentów naczepy, a następnie zbudowanie linii technologicznej opierającej się o metodę flexformingu. W ramach projektu przewidziano ponadto etap walidacji i testów linii do hydroformowania oraz budowę prototypu naczepy INNFLEXTRAILER, co pozwoli zakończyć projekt na IX poziomie gotowości technologicznej. The project focuses on the development of innovative hydroforming technology for semi-trailers with the aim of creating an innovative semi-trailer of INNFLEXTRAILER.The project will result in the application to the Applicant’s own business of product innovation in the form of an innovative semi-trailer of INNFLEXTRAILER.The primary objective of the project is to develop assumptions for the hydroforming technology of steel components and to select the parameters of manufacturing processes and, in the course of development, the development of a technology for the formation of components of semi-trailers and, subsequently, the construction of a technology line based on the flexitime approach.In addition, the project foresees a validation and testing phase of the hydroforming line and the construction of a semi-trailer of INNFLEXTRAILER, leading to the completion of the project at IX level of readiness level.Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).
