Brownfield společnosti LOSL s.r.o. je v současné době v nevyhovujícím technickém stavu a je zcela nevyužíván. Jedná se o budovu, jejíž stáří je 49 let. Realizací projektu by došlo k rekonstrukci stávající budovy, která by sloužila na servis a opravy traktorů, zemědělských strojů a nákladních automobilů a jejich motorů.
