Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac rozwojowych ukierunkowanych na opracowanie innowacyjnych w skali świata preparatów agrochemicznych o unikalnym składzie i formulacji (innowacja produktowa w skali świata zgodnie z def. podręcznika Oslo Manual). W ramach projektu zostanie opracowana nowatorska technologia wytwarzania herbicydów oraz fungicydów zapewniająca uzyskanie cech i parametrów nowych preparatów stanowiących o ich przewagach konkurencyjnych nad obecnie dostępnymi na rynku rozwiązaniami. Innowacyjna technologia zostanie przetestowana z wykorzystaniem instalacji pilotażowych wytworzonych/zoptymalizowanych w trakcie realizacji prac rozwojowych (autorskie rozwiązanie CIECH Sarzyna S.A.). Proponowane zmiany w składzie i formulacji nowych preparatów przyniosą szereg korzyści dla użytkowników końcowych (np. podwyższona skuteczność chwastobójcza min. 85%, szersze spektrum zwalczania chwastów, bezpieczna i przyjazna forma użytkowa, mniejsza ilość zabiegów ochronnych). Preparaty Wnioskodawcy będą wysoce innowacyjnymi herbicydami i fungicydami posiadającymi dużą przydatność użytkową dla użytkowników (wartość dodana). Przedmiot projektu wpisuje się w obszar krajowych inteligentnych specjalizacji: KIS 4. Wnioskodawca obecnie dysponuje w pełni funkcjonalnym prototypem nowych preparatów (projekt znajduje się na VI poziomie TRL). Projekt będzie realizowany przy współudziale podwykonawców. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez przeprowadzenie prac rozwojowych składających się z 4 etapów. Wdrożenie wyników prac B+R nastąpi w ciągu 3 lat od zakończenia projektu na terytorium RP-wdrożenie we własnej działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy. The project aims to carry out development work aimed at developing the world’s innovative agro-chemical preparations with a unique composition and formulation (product innovation worldwide according to the Oslo Manual).The project will develop a novel technology for the production of herbicides and fungicides to ensure that the characteristics and characteristics of the new preparations are of their competitive advantages over the solutions currently available on the market.Innovative technology will be tested by using pilot installations created/optimised in the course of the development work (the author’s dissolution of the CIECH Szyna S.A.).The proposed changes in the composition and formulation of new preparations will bring a number of benefits to end users (e.g. enhanced herbicide efficacy at least 85 %, wider weed control spectrum, safe and user-friendly use, less protective treatment).The applicant’s preparations will be highly innovative herbicides and fungicides with a high value for use to users (value added).The subject of the project is in the area of national smart specialisation:KIS 4.The applicant currently has a fully functional prototype of new preparations (see TRL VI level).The project will be carried out with the involvement of subcontractors.The objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out the development work comprising 4 stages.The implementation of the R & D results will take place within 3 years of the project being concluded within the RP-deployment in the applicant’s own economic activities.Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014) (English)
