Projekt obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację budynków zlokalizowanych w Pławniowicach przy ul. Gliwickiej 107. Zaplanowany w ramach projektu zakres prac przyczyni się do redukcji zużycia energii cieplnej, ograniczenia kosztów ogrzewania oraz obniżenia emisji szkodliwych substancji do otoczenia, dlatego też w ramach przedsięwzięcia zaplanowano następujące główne rodzaje robót: - modernizacja źródła ciepła - modernizacja instalacji C.O. jako elementu kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków - ocieplenie ścian piwnic przy gruncie, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - docieplenie stropu i stropodachu, - docieplenie ścian na poddaszu oddzielających przestrzeń ogrzewaną od nieogrzewanej, - wymianę okien, - wymiana drzwi wewnętrznych oddzielających przestrzeń ogrzewaną od nieogrzewanej - montaż systemu wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno – wywiewnej z odzyskaniem ciepła dla potrzeb sali gimnastycznej, - wymianę oświetlenia energooszczędne, - pozostałe roboty budowlane i instalacyjne. The project planned in the framework of the project will help to reduce heat consumption, reduce heating costs and reduce emissions of harmful substances into the environment, so that the following main types of works are planned within the framework of the project: — modernisation of the heat source — modernisation of the installation of C.O. as part of a comprehensive energy modernisation of buildings — insulation of the basement walls in the ground, — insulation of the outer walls, — insulation of the roof wall, — insulation of the roof wall, — insulation of the roof wall, — insulation of the roof wall, — insulation of the roof wall, replacement of windows, — replacement of interior doors separating the space from unheated space — installation of a mechanical ventilation system to exhaust the heat for the needs of the gym, replacement of energy efficient lighting, — other works and installation works.
