Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej uzyskana poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych w wyniku wykonania termomodernizacji polegającej na dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, dociepleniu stropodachu, wymianie stolarki okiennej na klatce schodowej na wyroby o lepszej izolacyjności wraz z budową instalacji fotowoltaicznej wykorzystującej odnawialne źródła energii do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej. The project consists of a comprehensive thermal renovation of the public building owned by the city of Ruda Śląska. The project will improve the energy efficiency of the public building by improving the insulation of building boundaries as a result of the thermal modernisation of the building envelope, insulation of overhead walls, insulation of the roof window, replacement of window frames on the staircase for better insulation products with the construction of a photovoltaic installation using renewable energy sources for electricity generation.
