Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie systemu do maceracji kawy segmentu Specialty z użyciem mieszalnika pneumatycznego pozwalającego wprowadzić nieoferowanych dotychczas na rynku polskim produkt w postaci NITRO COLD BREW w puszkach. Opracowanie i wdrożenie systemu do maceracji kawy segmentu Specialty z użyciem mieszalnika pneumatycznego pozwoli na wprowadzenie innowacji procesowej i produktowej. W założeniu technologia maceracji kawy segmentu Specialty z mieszalnikiem pneumatycznym ma za zadanie skrócić czas maceracji kawy oraz wydłużyć trwałość i zachowanie świeżości napoju kawowego. Postawione w projekcie tezy badawcze oparte są na mocnych podstawach. Spółka przeprowadziła szereg przygotowawczych prac doświadczalno-laboratoryjnych, których wyniki pozwoliły sformułować hipotezę badawczą projektu. Metodyka badania zakłada przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych niezbędnych do opracowania technologii i końcowego produktu w warunkach rzeczywistych. HBCR planuje w tym celu nawiązać współpracę z jednostką naukową, która będzie uczestniczyła w badaniach przemysłowych (etap 2) oraz pracach rozwojowych (etap 3). Zostaną zweryfikowane wstępne założenia dotyczące nowego sposobu maceracji pozwalającego skrócić czas procesu technologicznego i wpłynąć pozytywnie na zachowanie świeżości produktu docelowego. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.11.2017 - 31.10.2018. Analiza ekonomiczna, finansowa i marketingowa przedsięwzięcia oparta na danych rynkowych, rozwoju branży kaw Specialty, zapotrzebowaniu jednoznacznie wskazują na opłacalność przedsięwzięcia w sytuacji potwierdzenie w sposób udokumentowany i zgodny z założeniami badań, które prowadzą do zaplanowanych wyników. Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop a system for the maceration of Specialty Block Specialists by using a pneumatic mixer to introduce the product in the form of the NITRO COLD BRF in cans on the Polish market.The development and implementation of a system for the maceration of Specjalne segment coffee using a pneumatic mixer will allow the introduction of process and product innovations.The technology for steeping coffee from the speciality market with an air mixer is designed to reduce the time needed to steep the coffee and to preserve the freshness of the coffee beverage for a longer time.The draft research survey is based on a strong foundation.The company has carried out a series of preparatory work experiments, the results of which have given rise to a research hypothesis of the project.The research methodology will involve carrying out the industrial research and development work necessary to develop the technology and the end product under real-life conditions.In order to do so, the HBCR plans to cooperate with the scientific unit that will be involved in industrial research (step 2) and development (step 3).The initial assumptions concerning a new method of steeping that will shorten the time required for the process and help to maintain the freshness of the target product will be verified.The project will run from 01.11.2017 to 31.10.2018.The economic, financial and marketing analysis of a project based on market data, the development of the Specialty Industry industry, need to clearly indicate that the project is economically viable, in a documented manner and in accordance with the assumptions of the studies leading to the planned results.
