Podstatou projektu je implementace produktové a procesní inovace 6. řádu v oblasti šroubových pružin. Inovativním prvkem produktu je způsob provedení závěrných závitů pružiny. Inovovaný proces navíjení je výstupem společného vývoje společnosti a výzkumné organizace a umožňuje přesné vzájemné navedení obou konců tak, aby při navíjení nedošlo k jejich zborcení. Díky indukčnímu ohřevu bude celý proces také časově a energeticky úspornější. a. (Czech)

At the heart of the project is the implementation of product and process innovation in the area of screw spring. The way in which the side turns of the spring is executed is an innovative element of the product. The innovative winding process is an output of the joint development of a company and a research organisation and allows precise interaction between the two ends, so as not to twist them in winding. The inductive heating system will also make the process more time and energy efficient. (English)
