Projekt polega na kompleksowym przygotowaniu terenów inwestycyjnych typu brownfield w rejonie ul. Podmiejskiej, DW 911 i ul. Pod Lipami w Piekarach Śląskich, w celu nadania im nowych funkcji gospodarczych wraz z możliwością ich promocji. Przedmiotem projektu jest odwodnienie poprzez budowę sieci kanalizacji deszczowej i budowa drogi, w efekcie czego uzbrojonych zostanie 13,38 ha terenów inwestycyjnych. Elementem projektu jest również promocja inwestycyjna uzbrojonego obszaru. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od dnia 25.05.2017 r. do dnia 30.05.2018 r. (Polish)

The project consists of a comprehensive preparation of the investment sites of the brownfield type in the area. Suburban, DW 911 and ul. Below the bars in Piekary Śląskie, in order to give them new economic functions, with the possibility of promoting them. The object of the project is dehydration by the construction of a storm-water sewerage network and the construction of a road, which means that 13,38 hectares of investment areas will be rigged. The project is also designed to promote the investment of an improved area. The project will run from 25.05.2017 to 30.05.2018. (English)
