Cette opération a pour objet le déploiement d’une infrastructure de fourreaux au sein du territoire de la Ville de Saint Laurent du Maroni. Le projet est divisé en deux axes, dont la réalisation n’est pas séquencée temporellement. Dans le cadre du premier axe, le titulaire devra déployer une infrastructure de fourreaux et de fibre optique pour 44 sites du patrimoine municipal, devant être reliés entre eux (« interconnexion municipale »). Dans le cadre du deuxième axe, le titulaire devra réaliser une infrastructure de fourreaux et de fibre optique pour deux catégories de sites : - D’une part, des sites d’intérêts économiques constitués d’administrations et de zones d’aménagements sur 29,8 km ; - D’autre part, des carbets numériques, qui seront des points d’accès numériques pour les zones les moins connectées de la Ville, sur 38,5 km. The purpose of this operation is to deploy an infrastructure of ducts within the territory of the town of Saint Laurent du Maroni. The project is divided into two axes, the completion of which is not carried out on a temporary basis. Under the first axis, the holder will have to deploy a duct and fibre optic infrastructure for 44 municipal heritage sites, to be linked together (“municipal interconnection”). Under the second axis, the holder will have to build a duct and fibre optic infrastructure for two categories of sites: On the one hand, economic sites of economic interest made up of administrations and 29.8 km of development zones; On the other hand, digital carbets, which will be digital access points for the City’s least connected areas, over 38.5 km.
