Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja zadania w trybie zaprojektuj i wybuduj dotycząca "Adaptacji budynku byłej szkoły tzw. „Ekonomika” położonego w Barlinku przy ul. Jeziornej 8 na cele Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny, Urzędu Stanu Cywilnego".W zakresie inwestycji przewidziano m.in.:1)Adaptację pomieszczeń na I piętrze przedmiotowego budynku na cele Urzędu Stanu Cywilnego oraz Centrum Wsparcie Rodziny;2)Adaptację nieużytkowego poddasza dla jednostek jw. 3)Adaptację części pomieszczeń piwnicy na archiwum zakładowe; 4) Budowę dźwigu osobowego zewnętrznego dla obsługi osób niepełnosprawnych;5)Roboty w zakresie instalacji wewnętrznych w budynku 6). Termomodernizacja budynku, 7). Zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku,8). Wyposażenie Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny. Etapami rzeczowymi będzie 1)dokumentacja projektowa, 2) roboty budowlane i adaptacyjne (tym także termomodernizacja i zagospodarowanie terenu) oraz wyposażenie obiektu, 3) zarządzenie projektem, 4) promocja .
