Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja obszaru Dolne Miasto/Plac Wałowy/Stare Przedmieście o pow.87,24ha zamieszkiwanego przez 8409os. Projekt przewid.wyremont.12 bud.komun.,w tym wokół 8 bud.(2 podwórka)zostanie zagosp.otoczenie. W proj.bierze udział 31 wspólnot mieszk.,z których 29 realizuje prace dot.remontu elem.wspólnych bud.,z czego 3 zagospod.otoczenie bud. 2 wspólnoty i spółdzielnia mieszk.będą realizować prace dot.wyłącznie zagospodarowania otoczenia. Do prowadzenia działań społecznych przystosowane zostaną 1 lokal w budynku mieszkalnym (ul.Radna 3/2) i 1 budynek wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu (ul.Królikarnia 13). Przewiduje się przebudowę dróg na odcinku ok. 2,17 km wraz z przebudową / rozbudową infrastruktury podziemnej oraz urządzenie przestrzeni publicznych i zagospodarowanie terenów zieleni. Ponadto, w ramach instrumentu elastyczności przeprowadzone zostaną działania integrujące społeczność lokalną. Projekt jest zintegrowany z działaniami z zakresu usług społecznych. (Polish)

There are 31 communal communities, of which 29 are involved in the work for the renovation of elements of the common budget, of which 3 are associated with the bud. The 2 communities and the cooperative will live. they will carry out the work on the site only. 1 housing units in the residential building (ul.Rady 3/2) and 1 building together with the site (ul.Krlikarnia 13) will be used to carry out social activities. The road is planned to be upgraded on a stretch of road. 2.17 km with construction/expansion of underground infrastructure and equipment of public spaces and landscape. In addition, under the Flexibility Instrument, an integrative action will be carried out for the local community. The project is integrated with social service activities. (English)
