W pomorskim systemie zdrowia obserwuje się niski stopień interoperacyjności stosowanych systemów informatycznych, a infrastruktura jest przestarzała. Modernizacja systemu teleinformatycznego Szpitala jest niezbędna. Zintegrowany system informatyczny umożliwi wymianę danych na poziomie lokalnym i regionalnym, co pozwoli na dostęp do dokumentacji medycznej przez pacjenta i lekarza lokalnie, z danego podmiotu leczniczego oraz zdalnie, z innego podmiotu oraz Internetu. Ponadto ułatwi przepływ informacji o usługach w ochronie zdrowia. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do pełnej integracji z systemem regionalnym "Pomorskie e-Zdrowie" oraz krajowymi Platformami P1 oraz P2. Zakres rzeczowy projetu obejmuje modernizację infrastruktury sieciowej szpitala, dostawę sprzętu komputerowego oraz systemów oprogramowania. Projekt zapisany jest jako jedno z przedsięwzięć przewidzianych do realizacji w ramach Zintegrowango Porozumienia Terytorialnego dla Miejskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego Bytowa. (Polish)

The health system shows a low level of interoperability of the IT systems used and the infrastructure is outdated. The upgrading of the hospital’s IT system is essential. The integrated IT system will enable data to be exchanged at local and regional level, which will allow access to the medical file by the patient and the doctor, from one body to another and from remote, from another entity and from the Internet. In addition, it will facilitate the flow of information on health services. The implementation of the project will contribute to full integration with the Regional Scheme “Pomorze e-Health” and the National Platform P1 and P2. The material scope of the project includes the modernisation of the hospital’s network infrastructure, the supply of hardware and software systems. The project is recorded as one of the projects to be carried out under the Integrated Territorial Agreement for the Urban Functional Area. (English)
