Gł.celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych w zakresie wsparcia rodziny oraz osób niesamodzielnych i niepełnosprawnych poprzez zbudowanie zintegrowanego systemu pomocy dla 80 osób (44K i 36M)zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących zdegradowany obszar miasta Nowy Dwór Gdański. Objęcie wsparciem danej grupy wynika z diagnozy przeprowadzonej w ramach GPR dla Gminy Nowy Dwór Gdański,zatwierdzonego uchwałą Rady Miejskiej 260/XXX/2017 z dn.16.03.2017r. Cele szczegółowe: -wzmocnienie więzi społecznych u min.50% uczest.; -rozwój społeczno-kulturalno-edukacyjny u co najmniej 80%dzieci i młodzieży objętych proj; -wzrost umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów wychowawczych i społecznych u min.50%rodziców objętych proj, -wzrost wiedzy w zakresie opieki nad os.niesamodzielnymi i niepełnosprawnym u min.25% uczest.; Projekt zakłada:1.Utworzenie Miejsca Aktywności Lokalnej(MAL)w ramach Centrum Rozwoju Rodziny(CRR): -utworzenie 2grup samopomocowych:Akademia Fajnego Rodzica oraz Ruch sąsiedzki, -organizacja warsztatów rodzicielskich, -wyjazdy studyjne dla gr.samopomocowych, -zatrudnienie koordynatora MAL oraz animatora społ., -zakup wyposażenia sali warszt. 2.Utworzenie Placówki wsparcia dziennego w ramach CRR,tzw.Kluboświetlica: -warsztaty wpływające na rozwój dzieci i młodzieży, -warsztaty zdrowego żywienia,plenerowe, -wycieczki edukacyjno-rozwojowe, -zatrudnienie kierownika i wychowawcy oraz zakup wyposażenia. 3.Utworzenie Punktu Konsult.w zakresie poradnictwa specjal.:psycholog,prawnik i terapeuta. 4.Wsparcie osób niesamodzielnych i niepełnosprawnych: -warsztaty dla opiekunów, -zatrudnienie asystenta os.niepełnosp.(AON)oraz opiekuna rodzin, -utworzenie Centrum Wolontariatu(CW)i zatrudnienie koordynatora CW. Gł.efektem proj.będzie wzrost aktywności społ.u min.80%uczestników proj.poprzez zwiększenie liczby m-c świadczenia usług społ.w stosunku już realizowanych przez gminę. (Polish)

Specific objectives: The strengthening of social ties in min.50 % of participation; — socio-educational and educational development for at least 80 % of the children and young people covered by the call; An increase in the ability to solve educational and social problems in min.50 % of the parents covered by proj, an increase in the awareness of care for dependent persons and a disability in min.25 % of a student; Draft zakłada:1.Utworzenie Location of the Local Activity Centre (MAL) for the Centre for the Development of the Family (CRR): Creation of 2self-help groups: a parent of a parent and a neighbourhood centre, -Organisation of parental workshops, -study trips for self assistance, -Employment of the ML-coordinator and the social group, -purchase of room equipment. 2.Establishment of daily support arrangements in the framework of the CRR, including the following lighting: Workshops influencing children’s and young people’s development, workshops for healthy eating, outdoor and/or educational and development trips, employment of the manager and educators and the purchase of equipment. 3.Establishment of the focal point for special advice: psychologist, lawyer and therapist. 4.Support for dependent persons and disabled persons: Workshops for carers, employment of the assistant of the person with disabilities (AON) and of the family guardian, the creation of a Volunteer Centre (CW) and the recruitment of a CW coordinator. As a result, the result is an increase in social activity in min.80 % of participants by means of an increase in the number of m-c service provision in the relationship already carried out by the municipality.
