Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 7 obiektów mieszkaniowych ( wielorodzinnych) komunalnych należących do gminy Pełczyce, która znajduje sie na obszarze podstawowym Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia. Przedsięwzięcie zrealizowane zostanie w 2019-2020 roku. Wnioskodawca dysponuje audytami energetycznymi, dokumentacją techniczną. Zgłoszono wszystkie prace termomodernizacyjne planowane do wykonania. Uzyskano pozwolenia na budowę odnośnie instalacji pieców gazowych. Projekt cechuje wysoka gotowość formalna, brak konieczności przeprowadzania OOŚ. Wnioskodawca uzyskał opinię RDOŚ o braku wpływu na obszary Natura 2000 oraz na środowisko wodne. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe jest wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury i nie wymaga dodatkowych nakładów. Efekt ekologiczny( rezultaty projektu) w postaci redukcji emisji Co2 będzie widoczny po roku od zakończenia inwestycji. Wnioskodawca zamierza edukować mieszkańców termomodoernizowanych budynków w zakresie właściwego racjonalnego użytkowania obiektem w celu utrwalenia trwałości efektów jak i wzrostu ich świadomości ekologicznej. Element DEMONSTRACYJNY (informacyjny)dotyczy organizacji spotkań z mieszkańcami poszczególnych budynków prowadzonych przez pracowników Urzędu na temat efektywności, wzrostu wykorzystania oze oraz wpływu takich działań na ochronę środowiska. Działania te nie będą generować dodatkowych kosztów. (Polish)

The project is a thermo-modernisation of 7 residential (multi-family) municipal buildings belonging to the municipality of Rezyczyce, which is located in the area of the Special Inclusion Zone. The project will be implemented in 2019-2020. The applicant shall have energy audits, technical documentation. All thermal modernisation works planned for execution have been reported. Building permits have been obtained for the installation of gas furnaces. The project is characterised by a high level of formal preparedness, no need for an EIA. The applicant has obtained the RDOŚ’s opinion that there are no effects on Natura 2000 sites and on the aquatic environment. Immediately after completion of the project, it is possible to make use of the full functionality of the infrastructure and does not require additional investment. The ecological effect (project results) in terms of CO2 emission reduction will be visible one year after the completion of the investment. The applicant intends to educate the inhabitants of thermofashionable buildings with regard to the appropriate rational use of the site in order to preserve the sustainability of effects as well as to increase their environmental awareness. A demonstration (information) element shall relate to the organisation of meetings with occupants of the various buildings of the Authority’s staff on performance, growth of use and the environmental impact of such activities. These activities will not generate additional costs. (English)
