Cel główny projektu określono jako: "Podniesienie do 30.06.2018 kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 560 w tym 296 K uczniów szkół z terenu gminy Potęgowo poprzez udział w kompleksowych formach wsparcia". Cel szczegółowy: "Podniesienie do 30.06.2018 kompetencji zawodowych 42 w tym 35 K nauczycieli szkół z terenu gminy Potęgowo poprzez udział w kompleksowych formach wsparcia". Grupę docelową projektu będą stanowili uczniowie (560 w tym 269K) następujących placówek: Szkoła Podstawowa w Potęgowie- łącznie uczniów 213 W tym 94 K- GD- 175 w tym 77 K Gimnazjum w Potęgowie- łącznie uczniów 131 W tym 66 K- GD- 105 w tym 52K Szkoła Podstawowa w Łupawie- łącznie uczniów 202 W tym 98 K- GD- 165 w tym 80 K Gimnazjum w Łupawie- łącznie uczniów 100 W tym 53 K- GD- 80 w tym 42K Szkoła Podstawowa w Skórowie- łącznie uczniów 44 W tym 23 K- GD- 35 w tym 18K Grupa docelowa otrzyma kompleksowe wsparcie w postaci dodatkowych zajęć z matematyki i zajęć naukowo- technicznych, j. angielskiego, zajęć komputerowych, warsztatów kształtujących kompetencje innowacyjności i kreatywności. Dodatkowo GD otrzyma wsparcie w postaci doradztwa edukacyjno zawodowego oraz zajęć dydaktyczno- wyrównawczych. Wsparciem w proj. zostaną objęci również nauczyciele 42 w tym 35 K, szkolenie dla nauczycieli będą ukierunkowane na podnoszenie ich kompetenc zawodowych. Wsparcie dla nauczycieli będzie powiązane z udzielonym wsparciem dla uczniów. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie wskazanych placówek w okresie od 01.09.2016 do 30.06.2018. Projekt będzie realizowany zgod z założeniami diagnozy przeprow. przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinans (XII 2015). Diagnoza została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadz- Zarządzenie nr 17/2016 Wójt Gm. Pot z dn 29.01.2016r. Formy wsparcia w projekcie uwzględniają indywid potrzeby rozw i eduk oraz możliwości psychofizyczne uczniów. Projekt ma charakter kompleksowy,uwzględnia kształtowanie jednocześnie wielu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is defined as: “A reference to the 30.06.2018 key competences needed in the labour market of 560 including 296 K of school students from the territory of the municipality of Potties through participation in comprehensive forms of support.” Specific objective: “reference to the 30.06.2018 professional competences of 42 including 35 K of school teachers in the territory of the municipality of Potsdam through participation in comprehensive forms of support.” The target group of the project will be students (560 of the following 269 K): School Primary School, including 213 K- GD- 94 of which K- GD-175 including 77 K- GD- 131, including 66 K Gimpanazzjoni in Potcarbonate, including 105K GD- 52 including 202K Primary School in Łupawevi- including 98 K- GD- 165 including 80 K Gimpanazzjoni in Łupawa- including 100K K- GD- 53 including 80K Primary School in Łupawa- including 42K K- GD- 44 including 23K Primary School in Skórze — a total of 35K students including 18 K- GD-, including K Primary School. the target group will receive comprehensive support in the form of additional mathematics and technology activities in English, computer courses, innovation and creative workshops. In addition, GD will receive support in the form of education and training advice and teaching activities. Teachers 42 of this 35 K will also be supported, training for teachers will be geared to raising their professional skills. Support for teachers will be linked to the support provided to students. The project will be carried out on the premises of the designated premises in the period from 01.09.2016 to 30.06.2018. The project will be carried out on the basis of a restructuring diagnosis before an application is submitted (XII 2015). The diagnosis was approved by the management body — Order No 17/2016 Wójt Gm. Pot, dated 29.01.2016. The forms of support for the project take account of the needs of the students and of the educational and physical capabilities of students. The project is comprehensive, taking into account the multiple key competences needed in the labour market. (English)
