Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja przez RADPOL S.A. badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych,w tym utworzenie linii demonstracyjnej, walidacja i uruchomienie pierwszej produkcji innowacyjnego i kompletnego systemu izolacji rur preizolowanych z barierą antydyfuzyjną. W drodze przeprowadzenia badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych utworzony zostanie komplementarny system izolacji preizolowanych rur ciepłowniczych i gazowych z wykorzystaniem płaszcza osłonowego z barierą antydyfuzyjną dla rożnych wariantów geometrycznych, na całej długości rury uwzględniając złącza, kolana i zawory. The subject of the project is the implementation by the RADPOL S.A. of industrial research and experimental development, including the creation of a demonstration line, the validation and launch of the first production of an innovative and complete system for the isolation of pre-insulated tube with anti-diffusion barrier. By conducting industrial research and experimental development, a complementary system will be created to isolate pre-insulated district heating and gas pipes using a curtain jacket with anti-diffusion barrier for various geometrical variations, along the whole length of the tube including joints, knee and valves.
