Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja zestawów kolektorów słonecznych oraz pieców na biomasę zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją. Instalacje solarne zostaną zamontowane na 264 obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Żyrzyn (łączna moc 1065,5 kW). piece na biomasę zostaną zainstalowane w 26 budynkach prywatnych na terenie gminy Żyrzyn (łączna moc 480 kW ). Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego.Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Żyrzyn (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 1,54 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej -1212,60 MWth/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 290 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 689,22 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Żyrzyn, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. The achievement of the specific objectives will indirectly affect the attractiveness of the region to tourists, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the environment. the target group will be residents of the municipality of Żyrzyn (private users) who have expressed their willingness to join the project in the form of a survey. Design indicators — 1.54 MW additional renewable energy generation capacity. Thermal energy production — 1212,60 MWth. Number of units of thermal energy generation — 290 The reduction in CO 2-689,22 Mg/air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to draw up an air quality programme. In the POP area for the Lubelskie zone, no corrective or short-term action was identified for the municipality of Żyrzyn, which means that there are no exceedances of the levels of substances to be assessed in the air quality assessment.
