Głównym inicjatorem zmian jest Gmina Opole Lubelskie, realizująca zadania statutowe Gminy wynikające z Ustawy o samorządzie gminnym, zwłaszcza w zakresie: dostępu do mediów, organizacji ruchu drogowego oraz ładu przestrzennego. Inicjatorowi zależy na zmianach, ponieważ istotne jest dla niego dobro mieszkańców. Głównym celem projektu jest wzmocnienie atrakcyjności i inwestycyjności gminy Opole Lubelskie poprzez poprawę warunków do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości na terenach inwestycyjnych. Celami szczegółowymi są: podniesienie poziomu życia mieszkańców, stworzenie warunków dla rozwoju przedsiębiorców lokalnych oraz zwiększenie atrakcyjności gminy Opole Lubelskie. Rezultatem projektu będzie: * Powierzchnia przygotowanych terenów inwestycyjnych - 4,63 ha Zadaniami przewidzianym ido zrealizowania w ramach uzbrojenia terenu inwestycyjnego poprzez budowę infrastruktury techniczne jest budowa: *sieci wodociągowej, *sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej, *sieci kanalizacji deszczowej, *kanału technologicznego (sieci teleinformatycznej), *oświetlenia drogowego, *wewnętrznego układu komunikacyjnego o nawierzchni asfaltowej, wraz ze skrzyżowaniem i zjazdami, *chodnika dla ruchu pieszego. Zgodnie z zapisami Miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego południowo - wschodniej części miasta Opole Lubelskie, zatwierdzonego uchwałą nr XX/133/2016 Rady Miejskiej w Opolu Lubelskim z dnia 17 czerwca 2016 r. (Dz.Urz. Woj. Lub. poz. 3296 z 21 lipca 2016 r.) działki znajdujące się w tym obszarze, posiadają przeznaczenie: - podstawowe: teren zabudowy produkcyjnej, usługowej, magazynów i składów, - uzupełniające: obiekty infrastruktury technicznej. Obszar objęty wnioskiem jest dla inwestorów atrakcyjny zarówno pod względem położenia jak i powierzchni, ponieważ charakteryzuje go bliskie sąsiedztwo centrum miasta oraz łatwy dojazd do drogi wojewódzkiej 747. Obszar położony jest w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie drogi powiatowej ul. Przemysłowej, która łączy się z drogą wojewódzką. (Polish)

The main initiator of the changes is the Municipality of Opole Lubelskie, which implements statutory tasks of the Municipality under the Local Government Act, in particular as regards: access to media, road traffic organisations and town and country planning. The initiator depends on the changes because it is a matter of interest to the citizen. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the attractiveness and investment of the municipality of Opole Lubelskie by improving the conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in investment areas. The specific objectives are as follows: to improve the living standards of the inhabitants, to create the conditions for the development of local entrepreneurs and to increase the attractiveness of the municipality of Opole Lubelskie. The project will result in: * Surface area of the investment area (s) for the investment — 4.63 ha of the tasks to be met by the investment area to be carried out on the investment site by means of the construction of a technical infrastructure is the construction of: * water supply network, * sanitation network, * storm-water system, * technology channel (ICT networks), * road lighting, * internal asphalt transport system, with intersection and junctions, * pedestrian walkways. In accordance with the municipal planning plan for the eastern part of the city of Opole Lubelskie, approved by Resolution No XX/133/2016 of the City Council of Lübeck of 17 June 2016 (OJ. Woj. Or Journal of Laws, item 3296 of 21 July 2016) the parcels in this area are: — Primary: area of production, services, warehouses and warehouses, supplemented by: technical infrastructure facilities. The area covered by the proposal is attractive to investors both in terms of location and surface area, as it is characterised by its proximity to the city centre and is easily accessible to the provincial road 747. The area is located in the immediate vicinity of the district road. The industrial fabric, which is connected to the provincial road. (English)
