Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie kompet. zawod. komunik.108 studentów(5K) ostatnich 2semestrów studiów I st. Kierunków: informatyka, mechatronika, automatyka i robotyka, systemy informacyjne w bezpieczeństwie AMW.Udział w proj.umożliwi uzyskanie przez UP wymaganych na rynku pracy. Wybór GD podyktowany jest rosnącym zapotrzebowaniem na absolwentów kierunków technicznych, w tym szczególnie związanych z branżą programowania i IT. Projekt przygotuje108ST rozwijając kompet. zawod. i komunik.zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem pracod. ST uczestniczyć będą w certyfikowanych szkoleniach zawod.(zw. głównie z programowaniem i obsługą nowoczesnego oprogramowania), szkoleniach miękkich i zadaniach praktycznych realizowanych w grupach projektowych, wizytach studyjnych u pracodawców, wykładach otwartych przy współpracy z otoczeniem społ-gosp, w szczególności z pracodawcami. Program szkoleń obejmuje zagadnienia nie uwzględnione w programie studiów a wymagane na rynku pracy. Studenci zostaną poddani analizie kompetencji, wykonanej przed rozpoczęciem projektu oraz po jego zakończeniu, a także objęci min. 12 miesięcznym monitoringiem losów absolwentów. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the skills of the community.108 students (5K) of the last 2 semesters of the Kieruns University:information technology, mechatronics, automation and robotics, information systems in the safety of AMW.Participation will enable the UP to achieve the required labour market participation.The choice of GD is driven by the increasing need for technical graduates, especially those linked to the programming and the IT sectors.The draft will be prepared by developing the skills of the professions and the communists, in accordance with the needs of the labour force.ST will be included in certified training courses. (mainly linked to the programming and operation of modern software), soft training and practical tasks in project groups, study visits to employers, open lectures in cooperation with the social environment, in particular employers.The training programme covers subjects not included in the programme of studies and those required in the labour market.Students will be subject to an analysis of the competence, completed before and after the project, as well as the 12 month graduate tracking month.
